Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from agreed specifications, clients may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery with supporting proof (images, videos, or documentation).

Refunds and replacements are applicable under:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect product specifications from our side

    • Damaged goods during shipment (subject to claim approval)

Refund Exclusions:

    • Custom private-label items unless they do not match approved samples or specifications

    • Products damaged through misuse or wear and tear

    • Orders returned without prior authorization

Once approved, refunds may be issued through original payment methods or as store credit. Production or shipping fees may apply depending on the case.
